You are responsible for site preparation. We recommend gravel screenings. The pad needs to be level as it will serve as the foundation for your shed. The pad should be 1' wider than the shed on each side. For example, for a 12' x 12' shed, the pad dimensions would be 14' x 14'. If desired, in lieu of gravel screenings, you could pour a concrete slab for the foundation.

We offer delivery service. We will transport the building to your desired location via truck and trailer. Once we arrive at your location, we unload and set your shed in place on your level base using our mule. Delivery cost is dependent upon your location. 

 Alternatively, if you have the necessary equipment and trailer, you can pick up your building and transport it yourself.
